Affordable Housing
NHS of the Lehigh Valley will continue to monitor the management of an affordable housing initiative, which was completed in 1994. This project was a major rehabilitation on a troubled block of 10^th Street, Allentown, where several buildings were acquired and developed into 23 clean, safe and affordable rental units.

Vacant Structures, Rehab/Resale
NHS of the Lehigh Valley has various programs available to acquire deteriorated properties, rehabilitate those properties, and then resell the properties to eligible first time buyers. First time homebuyers interested in purchasing these rehabilitated properties may benefit from special financing programs offered through NHS of the Lehigh Valley.
